For a long time in the U.S. wine has been regarded as a luxury good while in many other parts of the world it is a food for the daily table. We’ll explore sources and strategies for exploring wine in a way that is affordable. Course material is free but there is a small materials fee for those wanting to taste wines related to the curriculum. Details pending.
Instructor Bio:
Todd Trzaskos has been a long time wine appreciator and maintains a website, Vermont Wine Media, that shares information about wine consumption in Vermont and the region. David Sambor owns the Bethel Village Sandwich Shop and Third Branch Wines.
